About This Product

Precision miniature injection molded products must maintain exacting standards. We are developing our own molding machines that are high-speed, energy-saving, and air-driven and environmentally friendly. By simplifying the structure of the mold, making it easier to replace the mold, and automatically changing the mold to support small-volume production, we have implemented a single-cavity molding machine, and have been producing products with stable standards for half a century. In addition, in order to enable the same level of molding in Japan and overseas, we sell molding machines not as individual units, but as molding systems. After making arrangements with the customer, such as transferring and using molds manufactured by other companies or modifying the molds, we can transfer molds manufactured by other mold manufacturers and use them only for molding. We also have a track record of contracting. In this case, it is possible in principle as a technology/service, but we will consult with you on a case-by-case basis regarding the guarantee of the mold itself. The molding conditions for super engineering plastics vary greatly depending on the molding material, and there are high-temperature, wear-resistant, and ultra-corrosion-resistant specifications. Therefore, we are developing molding machines for each molding material.

■Fluororesin (PFA) dedicated molding machine

In addition to super corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant specifications, we also have a generated gas exhaust equipment line. Molding machine compatible with in-mold automatic gate cut system

■PEEK/LCP/PPS/PEI/PES molding machine

In addition to heat-resistant and wear-resistant specifications, we also have a molding machine line with high-pressure and high-speed injection specifications.
