About This Product

Precise temperature control during the curing process ensures optimal curing conditions, increasing strength and durability. The main features of this system are as follows.

■Maturity (cumulative degree) management

As a useful tool for quality control monitoring, the maturity method is used to estimate the strength of concrete from the relationship between curing temperature and curing time (degree-hour cumulative).

■Automation of temperature control

Adjusts the temperature inside the curing chamber based on a preset temperature curve. This frees operators from manual temperature adjustment, and can be expected to improve and stabilize product quality.

■Real-time monitoring

The measured temperature and degree-hour accumulation are displayed in real time on the web screen, and an alert can be issued immediately if an abnormality is detected. This makes it possible to take prompt and effective measures.

■Remote control

The system can also be operated remotely. This allows operators to remotely manage multiple manufacturing locations.

■Equipment configuration

・Management device ・Temperature sensor ・Control panel for solenoid valves ・Alarm device (indicator light) option ・Users must provide their own client terminals (computer, smartphone, tablet). ・The router (SIM card) is a rental item. You will be required to return it after the contract ends.
