This is a cloud service that makes an automatic voice call when a specific email is received. For example, when a sensor detects an abnormality in equipment, an intrusion into a restricted area, the occurrence of a natural disaster, etc. and sends an alert email, the person in charge is reliably notified by phone to prevent delays in initial response. You can.

You can set multiple call destinations, and there are a variety of options, such as setting a call to another person even if the person in charge cannot pick up the phone, and registering a different phone number list depending on the day of the week, so you can choose the function that suits your company. It is possible to combine them.

This service is provided by system linking the IoT system "M2MSTREAM™" and "Quick Call™" (Wide Tech Co., Ltd.).

■Emergency call function Emergency Call is a system that automatically calls the contact persons registered in advance in a list in order when an e-mail containing a keyword specified by the customer is received.
