About This Product

■FlexiShield Column Guard

Designed for square or rectangular general-purpose columns to provide column protection at any height. The unique design features structural strut ribs to increase strength and deflect the fork, and specially shaped air channels to dissipate impact forces. We also have dedicated indentations that increase the surface area of ​​the material to maximize energy absorption. Installation is quick and easy. Modular interlocks provide a tight fit to the column from all directions, eliminating impact-sensitive gaps, optimizing space and allowing energy transfer from around the column. They are stacked in steps to connect multiple column guards, so they work as one integrated unit rather than separate systems. Steps lock stacked assemblies in place and dissipate energy throughout the system, ensuring superior protection even at elevated positions. A step also surrounds the base plate of the column to protect the fixture from impact.

■Technical data

FlexiShield column guards offer endless combinations with various sized corners and extension panels for a secure fit on general-purpose columns. By stacking them, you can adjust them to the desired height. The standard corner color is yellow, and the extension panel is available in yellow or black. The expected collision height of the column guard is 0mm to 520mm. Usage environment

The rib structure safely disperses the impact applied by the vehicle fork, avoiding damage to the column.
