The built-in software that simplifies program input is effective for low-volume, high-mix production. In addition, the position shift confirmation mode after installation reduces defects.
Functional explanation
■Simple on-board inspection function that enables immediate inspection
After mounting the PCB, you can easily check the component position using the simple inspection function. Based on the mount data, a red frame with a tolerance (0.1mm) larger than the part will be displayed at the mounting position, so you can visually judge whether the part is inside. The operator can check the installed parts one by one by clicking the mouse.
■Vision system (patent pending)
The Luna Vision System, which uses a blue illumination system that is not affected by ambient light, is divided into ``Flying Vision'' and ``Lower Luna Vision'' built into the installed head.
Flying Vision incorporates a small camera on one side of the component suction nozzle and a backlight screen on the other to control the posture of the component and calculate the external dimensions. The lower Luna Vision camera enables mounting accuracy: 0.05mm due to its screen and side illumination technology. (Tact: 1,000cph)
