■Wide width curtain-like vertical spray

By adopting a vertical wide blow method that sprays flux vertically in a fixed width, the scattering of mist is significantly reduced, and the ability of flux to penetrate into the inside of the through-hole is increased.

■Numeric display of spray amount

The spray volume numerical (cc) display function allows you to accurately determine the optimal application conditions.

■Good maintainability

Easy maintenance by simply putting the removed drum into the included cleaning tube after work is completed.

■Nail cleaning mechanism that can always supply fresh solvent

By dividing the chain cleaning liquid tank into two tanks, clean liquid can always be supplied, reducing dirt on the conveyor system (claws). method

■Nozzle swing type

Although it has the advantage of being able to freely change the coating characteristics by adjusting the spray pressure, flux flow rate, etc. and has excellent uniformity, the turbulence caused by the swinging action impedes the straightness of the flux and reduces coating efficiency.

■Vertical wide blow method

It has a built-in mechanism (improved drum mesh) that uses air pressure to crush the flux adhering to a rotating cylindrical metal mesh into a mist and then sprays it vertically. A coating method that combines the advantages of both nozzle and foaming methods.
