About This Product

This is a spray fluxer that is low cost and airless, so there is less aging and oxidation of the fluxer. There is a simple tabletop type that can be used in a wide range of applications, and an inline type that can be attached to the solder layer.

■Features・Low cost and economical.
・Since it is an airless type, there is no aging or oxidation of the flux, and there is almost no clogging of the nozzle.
・You can use it immediately by simply inserting the suction pipe into the flux liquid can and turning on the power, so there is no need for troublesome efforts such as adjusting the specific gravity.
-Easy to install: Just remove the fluxer from the solder bath you are currently using and place it in the same location.
・The application amount can be set digitally, allowing application under the same conditions any time.
- Automatically detects the board with built-in auto sensor function. (Standard type) *External sensor type available. (In the case of a dark-colored board, the sensor response may be slow, so in that case, we recommend a counter-type external sensor specification.)
