■Easy to start vacuum forming

Until now, vacuum forming machines have not been easy to introduce due to issues such as operational aspects, initial costs, and installation space, requiring extensive preparation and large investments. However, Vaquform is an innovative tabletop-sized vacuum forming machine that has cleared all these aspects and is designed to make it easy for anyone to start vacuum forming right away.

The built-in sensor-controlled ceramic heater heats the seat and is ready to use in just a few minutes. A hybrid suction system with both suction speed and power achieves high quality molding. Programmed process controls and sensors make it easy to use, even for those new to vacuum forming.

Our goal is to make vacuum forming technology easy for anyone to use, eliminating the image that it can only be used in factories and making vacuum forming more approachable (easier to understand and use). VAQUFORM aims to be one of the means for people to realize their ideas.

Vaquform is a vacuum forming machine with a built-in ceramic heater and powerful suction system in a compact tabletop size body. With simple operations and the use of pre-registered parameters, anyone can easily perform plastic molding. The ease of use that combines simplicity and quality allows it to be used in a wide range of applications, from prototyping to small-lot production.

■Easy molding in 3 steps

The main unit is easy to assemble, and then you can use it immediately by connecting it to a power source. In addition, with a structure and operability that pursues simplicity, molding can be completed in 3 steps: 1) material selection, 2) warming the sheet, and 3) lowering the lever to form and cool. During operation, you can perform molding work smoothly by simply following the instructions, illustrations, and beeps displayed on the panel.
