About This Product

HERM LB500 is a radio HPLC monitor that can be connected to a variety of detectors. Offering flexibility, reproducibility, and sensitivity, the HERM LB500 provides a safe and user-friendly solution for quality control laboratories. The HERM LB500 with fLumo chemiluminescence detector for HPLC systems uses a highly sensitive head-on PMT detector with low background, making it ideal for applications such as PET quality control. Different measurement cells can be used to adapt to flow rate, activity, and isotope. For gamma and high energy beta isotopes, the HERM LB500 with NaI detector is available.

■Connection with HPLC system

HERM makes integration into existing HPLC systems very easy. PC connectivity can be established instantly via the USB port or using the analog 0-1V output. Its compact design allows for easy installation into hot cells.

■High-sensitivity luminescence monitoring

In the fLumo detector, a low-noise, head-on PMT detector is designed in close proximity to the sample coil. The result is a highly sensitive detector for even the slightest trace of chemiluminescent signal.

■γ and PET monitoring

A specific measurement cell simplifies the measurement of highly active PET isotopes even in high background laboratories. The system is insensitive to 511keV gamma, so bulky and heavy lead shielding is not required. The available cells are: ・PET measurement cell ・Luminescence measurement cell ・Gamma measurement cell
