About This Product
CellCelector™ nanowell plates feature thousands of 200 µm square nanowells (S200), allowing hundreds or thousands of clones to be cloned in parallel within the nanowells. The volume of each nanowell is 4nl, which is large enough for cloning 50-100 cells (depending on cell size).
Plates are available in standard SBS6 and 24-well formats that allow multiple experiments to be run side by side. The 6-well plate and 24-well plate feature 135,000 and 100,000 nanowells per plate, respectively.
The ultra-low attachment (ULA) surface prevents cells from adhering to the surface, allowing for 3D spheroid formation and 100% efficient automated transfer of single cells or cells from nanowells to regular cell culture plates for expansion or analysis. Enables preparative distribution of clones.
■CellCelector™ S200ULA nanowell plate is ideal for the following workflows.
・High-throughput single cell cloning and screening (CHO, HEK, PER.C6, etc.)
・Single cell cloning after gene editing (e.g. stem cells such as iPSC)
Separation of a set of cell numbers (e.g. 1, 5, 20, 50, 100) defined for the reference sample
・Spheroid formation, imaging, and screening
24-well plates provide a cost-effective solution for processing multiple samples in parallel. Each well allows clonal expansion to over 500 single cell clones.
