About This Product

This device is a device that can pick up a single cell on a dish or microdevice (microchip) and transfer it to a PCR tube or microwell plate without stress.

Visually identify the cells you want to collect under a microscope, and use the touch panel buttons to perform minute suction and discharge from the pump. After aspirating the cells into the tip of the glass microtube, you can move the tube to a new container while keeping it in place, and then spit it out while making sure that the cells come out into the destination container. The current minimum handling volume will be 100 picoliters.

■Principle of pickingSingle cells are picked using a special microchip developed by Yodaka Giken. The preparative container is compatible with dishes and microdevices (microchips). Sorted cells can be distributed into PCR tubes and microplates. The preparative work is aspirated by the TOPick pump.
