The O2k-FluoRespirometer from OROBOROS is a high-resolution respiratory modular system developed for mitochondrial and cellular research. O2k, in combination with ROS production, mitochondrial membrane potential, ATP production, Ca2+, and pH, allows measurement of respiration at controlled oxygen levels (OCR). In addition, a respirometry system with a fluorescent sensor (FluoRespirometry: HRFR) can be used for bioenergetics and OXPHOS analysis of isolated mitochondria, permeabilized tissue, and permeabilized cells to intact cells and tissue sections. can be used.
