About This Product

TriStar3 is an easy-to-use filter-based multimode plate reader. Incorporates ONE-4-ALL technology for uncompromised performance across all detection modes (absorption, emission, and fluorescence).

■BRET/BRET2 and NanoBRET™ compatibleThe TriStar3 series has the necessary features to perform BRET assays. It has best-in-class luminous sensitivity and high-quality filter system. To start using BRET, simply order a filter set for your specific assay (BRET1, BRET2, NanoBRET™, etc.).

■ONE-4-ALL technologyOur patented ONE-4-ALL optical system is optimized to combine the stability and ease of use of a multimodal optical system with the sensitivity and versatility of a dedicated optical device.

■Wide range of wavelength selectionFrom UV absorbance for DNA quantification to measurements in far-red or NIR (selected configurations), TriStar3 accommodates any assay and significantly improves the wavelength range of its predecessor, the TriStar² LB942.

■JET injectorTriStar3 can be equipped with up to three JET injectors with variable capacity. The JET injector's ultra-fast injection speed eliminates delays between injection and measurement, allowing measurements of fast reactions such as flash emissions. Uses Teflon bellows for accurate and fast injection, ensuring the most efficient mixing and long life.

■Low crosstalkWhen performing measurements, do you often see some high-intensity samples surrounded by low-intensity wells? This may be affected by a phenomenon called crosstalk. TriStar3's crosstalk reduction design virtually eliminates this problem. If the crosstalk is 10^-6, there is no need to worry about the position of bright samples within the plate.

■Ergonomic designThe ergonomic design provides full frontal access to all major operations (loading plates, changing filters, connecting reagents, etc.). Reagent vials can be stored in an integrated front compartment for easy access and improved visibility.
