About This Product

■ High-performance single drive unit YAN seriesYou can freely set the length of the low-priced base by arranging multiple pieces. Although it has a core, cogging is small, making it ideal for precision positioning applications.

■Features- Standardized 3 sizes. The slider (mover) has a core (iron core) and has a large thrust. The length of the base (stator) can be freely set by arranging several pieces. Of course, it is also possible to install multiple sliders.
・Although it has a core, the occurrence of cogging is suppressed to almost zero. Improved stability at low speeds and reduced positioning settling time/error.
・Since there is little cogging, it can be replaced with other companies' coreless products. In addition, the large thrust allows for downsizing.
- The slider body uses aluminum with excellent thermal conductivity. Improved heat dissipation, reduced weight and realized high thrust.
・A uniquely designed high-performance encoder is also available. Achieves high reliability and low cost.
- EMI is suppressed by complete metal shield structure. Eliminates causes of encoder head malfunction.

■Handling precautions・We do not recommend using it in environments where it may be exposed to liquids such as water/oil. Also, it cannot be used in flammable or flammable environments.
- When assembling this product, be careful when handling the base (stator) to which the magnet is attached. Strong magnets may attract iron products to each other, causing unexpected injuries such as getting fingers caught.
・The base has directionality. When arranging multiple sheets, be sure to align the reference sides in the same direction.
- When installing the slider (mover), be sure to adjust the gap with the base plate. First, manually move the slider through its entire stroke and make sure it is not touching the magnet on the base.
・Before turning on the power, check again for loose mounting screws, incorrect orientation of the base, wiring errors, and work safety measures.
・For emergency stop and safety measures, please take physical measures such as circuit configuration and stroke end damper by yourself.
・This product can be used vertically depending on the application, but there is a limit to its holding power against gravity. In addition, the customer is responsible for taking measures against gravity for the movable table, including when it is shut off.
・Please refrain from doing impact tests, withstanding voltage tests, etc. that may damage the product's functionality.
