About This Product

Both a wrench and a spanner can be used for tightening. It comes with 3 set pieces and is easy to use. The threaded part of the nut and the tightening end face are simultaneously turned using one-chuck machining, and the perpendicularity of the end face to the threaded part standard is guaranteed as mechanical accuracy.

■Precision lock nut installation procedure (spindle shaft, general procedure)

After temporarily tightening the nut with a wrench, while measuring the rotational runout accuracy of the shaft, make fine adjustments with a plastic hammer etc. to ensure accuracy. Next, perform final tightening with a torque wrench, check again that the shaft runout accuracy is correct, and secure the nut with a set piece. The part of the set piece that comes in contact with the screw is made of brass, which deforms and is pushed into the thread to prevent loosening. If necessary, please use adhesive or sealant together. We also manufacture special products.
