About This Product

Standardized all 12 model numbers for machining centers

■Belt drive

Choose from 2 types of pulleys

■Inlet position

Select from the outer periphery of the flange or the back of the flange

■3 types depending on usage

Select from standard type, high load capacity type, and high rigidity type

■Format and features

・All three types have the same mounting dimensions and are designed with consideration to mechanical design (standard, high load capacity, and high rigidity). ・Four rows (DBB arrangement) of precision angular contact ball bearings are optimally arranged to ensure high rotational accuracy. ・Installation direction: Both horizontal and vertical are possible. If you are using it horizontally, remove the included plug and make sure the drain hole is on the bottom side. ・Waterproofing has a 4-tier structure, realizing reinforced waterproofing.

■Complete internal maintenance Ready for immediate use.

・Flag coolant standard equipment (6 outlets) ・Air blow standard equipment ・Built-in tool attachment/detachment set (ATC compatible) Tool holder: MAS BT, pull stud: MAS1 type ・Cooling of the outer circumference of the bearing and the outer circumference of the housing (same cooling circuit) ・Please note that the positions of the above inlets (coolant/air insertion ports) differ depending on the model number.
