About This Product

This product can accurately and uniformly transfer many samples to a Petri dish at once, allowing highly reliable measurements with excellent reproducibility. It can be used for various tests such as MIC determination, antibiotic development, and bacterial resistance testing.

■Features

Bacterial liquid inoculation equipment MIC measurement test, drug susceptibility measurement, antibacterial activity evaluation test 1.The amount of bacteria collected is constant and accurate. High reproducibility allows for more reliable testing. MIT-27P (for 27 bottles): Inoculum liquid volume = 0.005ml MIT-60P (for 60 bottles), MIT-96P (for 96 bottles): Inoculum liquid volume = 0.001ml 2. Achieved sample inoculation of 27 species/60 species/96 species Lineup includes MU-27 for 27 inoculation rod units, MU-60 for 60 inoculation rod units, and MU-96 for 96 inoculation rod units. 3. Easy to determine the location of transplanted bacteria The positioning tip rod marks the pinhole in the medium. 4. Prevents sample from dropping It has been specially processed to eliminate the lyophobic property of the inoculation area. 5.Easy to operate Variable inoculation speed enables speedy testing. 6.Easy maintenance The inoculation rod unit, tube holder, and glass tube can be sterilized in an autoclave, and the inoculation rod can be sterilized with alcohol. 7. Phage typing is also possible Phage typing using phage solution instead of bacterial solution is also possible.
