About This Product
The analog multi-point comparator MuWiC is a controller that judges analog input using preset thresholds and outputs the results as ON/OFF. Conditions can be set in ranges.
You can also set eight ranges to overlap. This makes it easier to make complex judgments than ever before. The sensor connection is changed using the switch on the main unit. Compatible with all analog sensors.
Features
■Compare analog input
1 Analog input is judged under 8 conditions and compared with an accuracy of ±0.01V (10mV). The input voltage corresponds to "0-5V", "0-10V", and "4-20mA" by switching with a switch.
■Set the ON range with MAX and MIN values for each channel.
Individual Max and Min settings can be made for each of the 8 channels. You can set 8 channels in 8 levels or overlap any channels, allowing you to set flexible judgment conditions.
■Hysteresis setting
A hysteresis value can be set to prevent chattering during ON/OFF.
■With input monitor function
When the controller is online with the PC, you can see the analog values currently being input to the controller on the PC screen.
■24V single input power supply
There is no need to prepare a separate power supply for the 5V analog input. Two types of sensor power supply The power supply to the sensor can be switched between "12V" and "5V" by setting.
