About This Product

■What is a single pipe driving fitting [tataki]?This is a driving fitting for driving [Scut 91] of single pipe or single pipe pile with a hammer. There are three types of tataki (large, medium, and small) depending on the purpose.

[Strike/Large] The combination of the 60 mm outer diameter of the striking part, which is larger than the 48.6 mm outer diameter of the single pipe, and the tapered structure that efficiently transmits the striking force allows the single pipe to withstand even greater striking force and a greater number of strikes. Prevents deformation of the head (impacting part) of [Scut 91] of pipes and single pipe piles. In addition, the striking part is hardened so it can be used for a long time.

[Strike/Medium] The striking part is hardened and the tapered structure efficiently transmits strong striking force to the [Scut 91] of single pipes and piles, preventing deformation of the head (hitting part). In addition, by inserting it between a powerful hydraulic breaker such as heavy machinery and a single pipe, it is possible to suppress the deformation of the head (impact part) of the single pipe due to excessive impact force.

[Tacker/Small] It does not dig into single pipes and can withstand several times the number of blows than conventional products, allowing for medium-term use. We have solved the problems of conventional driving fittings (caps), such as ``getting into the single pipe and making it difficult to remove'' and ``deforming quickly after driving several pieces.''

In rare cases, [tataki] may have difficulty entering a single pipe. There is a protrusion called a ``seam'' on the inside of a single pipe, which varies in size. Even in that case, if you press it as is, it will go in while crushing the seam.

If the [tataki] is difficult to remove after driving, tap the side of the tataki lightly to remove it.
