After laser processing with a laser jacket cutter (JC series), the external coating and internal dielectric material are removed by clamping the wire using a precision motor and air cylinder.
Features of high-performance jacket stripper
■Stripping under optimal conditions for each wire
By controlling a combination of a precision motor and an air cylinder, it is possible to strip each wire under optimal conditions.
■Numerical control of stripping conditions and recipe management
Since the spacing and pressure between the upper and lower clamps can be numerically controlled and recipes can be managed, recipes can be registered in advance for each wire. When changing the wires to be processed, simply select a recipe, so there is no downtime. Ideal for shared use with low-volume, high-mix production and prototype development.
■Full strip or semi-strip available
You can choose between full-strip and semi-strip processing within the recipe.
■Clamp head can be replaced
If the wire is in close contact with the core wire or shield wire, or if the outer coating or inner dielectric surface is slippery, the rubber clamp may slip and leave some parts unstripped. FBC's unique blade clamp can reliably strip the coating of wires that are difficult to strip. (*Blade clamp is optional) Also, the rubber clamp and blade clamp can be easily replaced without any tools.
■Prevents peeling residue from scattering
Equipped with dust collection function. The unique dust collection structure collects all residue after stripping. There is no need to worry about the stripper scattering inside or around the equipment or carrying it into subsequent processes. In addition, our unique mechanism reliably removes any scraps stuck to the clamp due to static electricity, so there will be no remaining scraps that will affect the next process.
■Compatible with automated lines (external communication function added)
Equipped with external communication function (OP). Compatible with automated lines by communicating with host PCs and transfer robots. We can also provide it on an automated line by our partner manufacturers.
