■Corona discharge surface treatment About the special high frequency power supply CTW series

The special high-frequency power supply CTW series is a high-frequency, high-voltage generator for corona discharge processing that was developed to meet the needs of all users by making full use of electronic technology. We have developed 13 models of CTW high frequency power supplies ranging from 0.1KW to 20KW to support everything from ultra-weak corona discharge to strong corona discharge. The IGBT oscillation element and discharge load tuning design provide high precision and high efficiency corona discharge.

■Special high frequency power supply CTW series features

・Ultra-weak processing function Uniform corona discharge can be obtained even in the atmosphere at extremely low high frequency output. ・High-speed ON/OFF function High-frequency output can be turned ON/OFF at high speeds of 10,000/sec or more. ・High frequency output stabilization function allows stable corona discharge surface treatment regardless of changes in the surrounding environment. ・High foam and non-woven fabric processing function It is possible to process high foam, thick resin boards, irregularly shaped extrusions, fibers, etc., which was previously difficult to do. (CTW series oscillation frequency 35Khz±5KHz)
