■What is Spark Eye (AI spark detection system)?

This is a system that prevents the spread of fire by instantly (0.05 seconds) detecting sparks and fire caused by lithium-ion batteries, etc., created in response to requests from waste treatment facilities.

■System overview

・SparkEye is a system that uses image recognition AI technology to automatically detect sparks and fire from camera images (in 0.05 seconds) and issue an alert (can be linked with automatic watering) to prevent the spread of fire. - Detection is possible even through glass or acrylic, providing flexible installation locations. Visualization of detection data (detection image, date and time, detection start time, end time, etc.) and quantitative risk management are possible. - Furthermore, it has a function to adjust the sensitivity level for detecting sparks and fire according to the installation site, making it possible to prevent malfunctions. - A camera linked to a control unit equipped with AI image recognition technology detects fires and sparks occurring at the monitored location. The detected image can be checked on the monitor.
