Therefore, we have developed the "Microreactor System for Searching for Optimal Reaction Conditions X-1," which can find optimal conditions in a short time based on opinions from pharmaceutical and chemical research sites.

"Microreactor System X-1 for Searching for Optimal Reaction Conditions" contributes to speeding up the development of new synthetic products and prototypes. It is possible to automatically carry out reactions under 20 different reaction conditions, and the optimum conditions can be obtained in a short time. If continuous operation is performed using the obtained optimum conditions, it is possible to synthesize samples of 100 g or more.

Automatically collects samples under up to 20 conditions in order to search for the optimal reaction conditions for a synthesis reaction in a short time. The flow path is also fully cleaned to ensure accurate synthesis. We have also succeeded in making the device itself more compact.

It can also be easily installed in a general fume hood. Also compatible with photoreactions. The optical heating device "Photoreaction System L-1" can be customized for each wavelength. New feature: Reduces dead volume by approximately 80% (Compared to our company: Varies depending on conditions). Significant savings in reagent usage.
