About This Product

Printed circuit boards are used in digital home appliances such as computers, mobile phones, and smartphones. An electronic component mounting machine, also called a chip mounter, is a device that picks and places electronic components onto printed circuit boards at high density and at ultra-high speed. At our company, we provide high-precision parts and units surrounding electronic component mounting equipment, including suction nozzles that pick and place electronic components. 　

■Our diamond nozzle is standard on many models.

Our diamond nozzle is used as standard in many models of ``suction nozzles'' in mounting machines that attach electronic components to printed circuit boards. Diamond nozzles, which use sintered diamond (PCD) at the tip, greatly contribute to extending the life of the nozzle, improving the ability to hold electronic components, improving effectiveness in image recognition, and increasing the mounting rate. Our technology to process all kinds of materials with high precision allows us to provide fine, high-precision nozzles that can accurately pick and place extremely small chips, such as 0402 (0.4mm x 0.2mm) chips.
