Based on ultra-precision machining technology for hard and brittle materials, we manufacture highly wear-resistant, long-life parts using high-hardness materials such as sintered diamond (PCD), cemented carbide, and ceramics. We have strengths in ultra-precision machining of high-hardness materials in micron units, and have core technologies in special manufacturing areas such as brazing technology, heat treatment technology, electrical processing technology, and grinding technology.
Even though they are simply called "components," the characteristics required vary widely depending on the usage environment. We can make optimal proposals based on materials in response to customer requests such as ``I want even more wear resistance.'' No matter what material is used, there is no difference in accuracy.

Wear-resistant parts made of sintered diamond, which has excellent wear resistance, are also used in electronic component manufacturing sites.
