■Features of PHX-01 (PHX Zero One)Utilizing the technology and experience we have cultivated through the production of diamond wires for solar cells, we have developed new technologies to manufacture diamond wires that are capable of producing high-conductivity, high-dispersion, high-quality diamond wires at low cost. We have developed the device "PHX-01". Diamond wire manufacturing equipment PHX-01 continues to evolve its technology and now has a speed of 80 meters per minute. We are developing technology to achieve even higher speeds and stable productivity improvements.

■Features・It is possible to simultaneously produce four pieces of diamond wire (hereinafter referred to as DW), and the production capacity is 12,000 km per month. Compared to typical DW manufacturing equipment in China (hereinafter referred to as Chinese-made DW manufacturing equipment) (16 machines are produced at the same time), the equipment is extremely compact, with a total length of 1/3 and width of 80%.
・DW with high density and high dispersion can be produced at a production speed of 80 m/min (when using dispersant)
・The number of abrasive grains fixed to the DW is automatically controlled for each row using feedback control using our unique image recognition device. All DWs are produced with high quality and uniformity (patent pending).
・By adopting a small-capacity plating tank, the amount of diamond abrasive grains used is significantly reduced. Compared to Chinese-made DW manufacturing equipment, the amount of diamond abrasive grains used is significantly reduced to approximately 1/2. Contributes to lower manufacturing costs (patent pending).
-Equipped with automatic diamond abrasive replenishment function and plating solution supply/drain function, allowing continuous DW production without operator intervention (patent pending).
- Unique low tension compatible design supports wire diameters up to φ30μm (0.03mm).
