■Device overview
This equipment performs cylindrical grinding and orientation flat grinding of SiC and lithium tantalate (other compounds) ingots.
■Product features
・The workpiece before processing is subject to the following conditions - Φ100~Φ160, length 40~300mm, end face perpendicularity 90°±1°
・Process the workpiece to have external tolerance and roundness of ±50μm or less
・The orientation flat width will be processed to within ±0.5mm of the specified dimension.
- Setting and resetting of the workpiece is done manually by the worker.
・A centrifugal separator and coolant tank are included in addition to the device itself.
・Mirror surface versions can also be manufactured for building production lines to improve workability.
