This device is a system that automatically controls the high frequency output of corona discharge according to changes in line speed.

In corona treatment, the surface wetting tension (treatment degree) of the treated substrate is determined by the width of the film, the line speed, and the amount of corona discharge output (W/m2/min) applied.
