About This Product

A 7-layer film that has high oxygen barrier properties, high strength, and odor resistance, making it ideal for long-term storage and extending the shelf life of foods.

■Basic information Coextruded multilayer film

CANS film combines the features of a single-layer film (transparency, physical strength, excellent moisture and waterproof properties, chemical resistance, oil resistance, cold resistance, and hygiene) into multiple layers and combines the functions of each resin. It is a film that expresses the strengths and compensates for the weaknesses of each resin, and has excellent functions that cannot be expressed with a single layer film. In addition, the film is lightweight, easy to open, easy to handle, and easy to dispose of after use, allowing for flexible product design from the user's perspective.

■Product overview

・Barrier 7 is composed of 7 layers of film. Utilizing the characteristics of EVOH resin and NY resin, we have achieved barrier properties and high strength. - Ideal for applications that require high oxygen barrier properties, such as packaging for foods that are easily oxidized and gas exchange packaging. -Low melting point L-LDPE is used for the innermost layer, making it possible to seal at low temperatures and even when bags overlap.
