■Optimized for 12K TDI line scan cameras
Designed as a lens for Vieworks' TDI line scan cameras, the VEO CS series provides high quality images when used in conjunction with the VT-12K (VT Series, 12K, M72). The VEO JM series is ideal for 12K/5μm line scan cameras with a 62.5mm image circle.
■High performance high magnification lens
VEO_CS DIAMOND 3.33X/F2.3 is a high-magnification lens that exhibits high performance with 3.33x magnification and F2.3 aperture. Chromatic aberrations are minimized and best performance is maintained even when spatial frequencies reach 72LP/mm in the image plane (240LP/mm in the object plane).
In combination with the VT series camera (M72), a resolution of 1.5μm per pixel is achieved.
■Excellent defect detection performance
High magnification and resolution enable submicron defect detection. When the threshold is 15, pinhole defects of 0.7 μm and island defects of 1.3 μm can be detected. Open and short defects can be detected more accurately than pinhole defects.
■Caution
There may be slight variations between the VERI-PANEL and coaxial lighting optical components used in the test and the actual usage environment.
