■Optimized for 16K TDI line scan cameras
Designed as lenses for Vieworks' TDI line scan cameras, the VEO JM series provides high quality images when used in combination with the VT-16K (VT Series, 16K, M95). The VEO JM series is ideal for 16K/5μm line scan cameras with an 82mm image circle.
■High performance high magnification lens
VEO_JM DIAMOND 5.0X/F1.3 is a high-magnification lens that exhibits high performance with 5.0x magnification and F1.3 aperture. Chromatic aberrations are minimized and best performance is maintained even when spatial frequencies reach 72 LP/mm in the image plane (360 LP/mm in the object plane). In combination with the VT series camera (M95), a resolution of 1.0μm per pixel is achieved.
■Excellent defect detection performance
High magnification and resolution enable submicron defect detection. When the threshold is 15, pinhole defects of 0.4 μm and island defects of 0.8 μm can be detected. Open and short defects can be detected more accurately than pinhole defects.
■Caution
There may be slight variations between the VERI-PANEL and coaxial lighting optical components used in the test and the actual usage environment.
