■SummaryThis device is a device that flat-dispenses (surface coats) sintering paste and heat radiation grease used in power semiconductors etc. onto the substrate.

■Features- Dispense amount can be freely controlled by motor control.
- Adopts a mechanism that is not affected by changes in material viscosity. Stable dispensing is possible with no pulsation and good liquid drainage.
- Board height tracking function using displacement meter.
・Thick film dispensing of 200 to 500 μm is possible.
・Dispensing is possible even on uneven substrates.
・Establishment of flat nozzle installation position reproducibility. (ZΘ (rotation), tilt (horizontal) direction)
- Adopts PFA flat nozzle.
