This is a device that applies temperature and pressure to a pressure sensor to perform calibration and characteristic inspection.

■Features

・High productivity is achieved by continuously transporting a dedicated carrier with multiple workpieces and applying and measuring temperature and pressure. ・High precision and high responsiveness are achieved by optimizing the workpiece pressure control section. ・Since the dedicated carrier is directly heated and cooled by the temperature control stage, it saves space and energy compared to a gas phase temperature control system. *Please note that the appearance and specifications may be partially changed in order to improve performance.
