About This Product

■Summary

This device is a fully automatic device that applies UV curing adhesive to the VCM unit of the camera module, inserts the lens barrel, and fixes the adhesive using UV irradiation.

■Features

・This device can perform continuous processing from reading barcodes on individual workpieces to applying adhesive, installing lens barrels, and UV curing. - Apply UV curing adhesive for fixing the lens barrel after correcting the position using the image sensor. ・The lens barrel is inserted and mounted after position correction using an image sensor. ・Automatic coating pressure correction function and image sensor perform coating inspection before mounting the lens barrel. - Compatible with class 100 cleanliness.

■Usage example

This device is ideal for incorporating lens barrels into VCM. *Please note that the appearance and specifications may be partially changed in order to improve performance.
