・This is a device that applies adhesive to the sensor board and mounts the lens holder. - Adopts image processing correction using a high-pixel camera and optical linear scale, allowing for higher-precision mounting compared to previous models. ・Thorough cleanliness measures have achieved Class 100 or below.

■Features

・Using a linear scale and 2 million pixel camera on the mounting process axis, achieving high precision mounting (±10μm). ・Equipped with a twin dispenser and high-speed mount head, achieving a standard tact of 1.7 seconds/piece (*). *For optimal operating conditions: Consultation required regarding operating conditions. - Thorough cleanliness measures achieve class 100 cleanliness even during operation. Workpiece static and dust removal functions reduce contamination defects. - It is very easy to create dispensing data and installation data for new models. ・Supports display in 3 languages: Japanese, English, and Chinese.

■Usage example

This device is ideal for assembling VCMs that do not require active alignment. *Please note that the appearance and specifications may be partially changed in order to improve performance.
