About This Product

■Summary

・Attach ACF (anisotropic conductive film) to the camera module board and connect the FPC by thermocompression. - Fully automatic low profile, low temperature, clean bonding.

■Features

・A highly reliable system that uses image recognition and alignment technology cultivated through COG bonders for flat panels. ・No need for a special jig tray for the model (no need to align workpieces on the jig tray), and when changing the model, you only need to replace individual dedicated parts. - Can be connected to a loader for supplying commercials and an unloader for storing finished products, achieving high productivity through fully automatic operation.

■Usage example

ACF mounting process realizes low profile, low temperature, and clean bonding fully automatically. *Please note that the appearance and specifications may be partially changed in order to improve performance.
