・This is an assembly device that applies adhesive or cream solder to the SMD type thermistor resonator package and mounts the thermistor chip.
・Thermistor chips are supplied from an electric tape feeder.
■Features
- The package position and thermistor position are measured using image processing, and the position is corrected before mounting, making it possible to assemble with high precision even for small packages.
・This device uses a digital camera and new lighting to achieve high measurement accuracy, performs measurement inspection using PFA's original image processing system, and contributes to improving product quality.
・High rigidity has been improved by using the frame, base integrated structure, and casting, and a takt time of 0.75 seconds/piece has been achieved.
・This device is equipped with IoT/product quality improvement/self-diagnosis functions, such as managing the usage time and number of times of main parts and consumable parts, and managing the usage time and number of applications of adhesive or cream solder.
- Aggregation is possible from measurement data. In addition, it is possible to record up to 50 past image results measured by each camera, contributing to defect analysis.

This is an assembly device that applies adhesive or cream solder to the package of an SMD type crystal device and mounts a thermistor on it.
■Optional support
・Can be connected in-line with the curing furnace (one installed machine and one curing furnace connected)
・Mechanism that periodically cuts the reel tape discharged from the tape feeder
