This product is a monolithic refractory that can be installed in aluminum melting furnaces, holding furnaces, cast iron ladles, etc. In addition, since it is pre-mixed soil, there is no need to mix it on site, and it can be easily applied as is.

■Product features

It has high fire resistance and airtightness, so it has excellent insulation and heat retention effects. It has poor wettability with aluminum, so when used in ladles and gutters, there is less molten metal adhesion. Due to its high adhesive properties, it can be easily installed anywhere. By using it together with the coating material TIXOBOND27, it is possible to further reduce the adhesion of molten metal and extend the life of the furnace.
