■Smoothness and precision of the surfaceThe surface of the sand grains is smooth with almost no irregularities, and the inside is also dense and free of voids, so it has excellent coverage with binders. In addition, high strength can be obtained while reducing the amount of binder added.

■High fire resistanceIt has a higher alumina content than general foundry sand, can handle higher temperatures, and has improved fire resistance.

■Reducing running costsThe compactness of the surface makes it easy for the binder on the sand surface to peel off during playback, and there is almost no drop in mold strength when used repeatedly. As a result, the work process can be greatly simplified, contributing to lower running costs and the production of even higher quality products.
