Modification effect of crystal sealer
■Improved wear resistance
When a crystal sealer is applied, insoluble crystals form inside the concrete, increasing the surface strength of the concrete and improving its wear resistance.
■Improved deterioration prevention effect
Concrete gradually loses its alkalinity and becomes neutralized by reacting with carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. By using a crystal sealer, the progress of carbonation is delayed and the deterioration prevention effect is increased.
■Improved weather resistance and prevention of freeze-thaw
Weather resistance is improved by applying a crystal sealer. It also prevents moisture from penetrating, making it less likely that cracks will occur due to freezing and thawing cycles. It also prevents mold from forming.
