Musolator™ is a simple seismic isolation device. Because it is possible to seismically isolate only the necessary parts, such as a single device or a specific area, it clears various constraints such as installation location, cost, and construction period. Musolator™ has fulfilled the seemingly contradictory demands of users: ``It doesn't move normally, but becomes seismically isolated only in the event of a major earthquake (seismic intensity 5 or higher).''

■Cost reduction & construction period reduction

Floor seismic isolation using Musolator™ can be completed by simply finishing the floor in a normal earthquake-resistant building. There is no need to receive individual certification as a seismic isolation building or notification certification, which usually takes 3 to 6 months. Additionally, since laminated rubber is not used, there is no need for an underground pit, making it possible to significantly reduce costs and shorten the construction period.
