About This Product

This color correction filter features 100% blocking of unfocused light in the red (IR) portion of the spectrum without changing the color variation of the image. In addition, it is an excellent correction filter that suppresses stray light that interferes in the blue spectral range by more than 50%.

These powerful enhancements allow you to see the most delicate details of moon craters and planetary surfaces in higher-resolution images with improved contrast.

■High quality coatingPlasma-enhanced dielectric coating provides a hard, scratch-resistant, and waterproof filter.

■100% block of blue and red spectrumThe SV231 color correction filter blocks out-of-focus light in the blue spectrum typically seen in small achromatic telescopes, as well as light in the red (IR) portion of the spectrum above 700nm.

■High resolution images with improved contrastThe correction effect of the filter makes it much easier to see the details of craters on the surface of the moon and planets.

■Can also be used for eyepieces, digital cameras, and CMOS camerasThere are two standards: 1.25 inch and 2 inch, so it can be widely used in eyepieces, digital cameras, CMOS cameras, etc.

■NIR is completely blocked up to 1150nm.Using a CCD/CMOS camera will show the planet's details more clearly.
