About This Product

Thanks to the back-illuminated sensor structure and advanced pixel technology, the camera has very low readout noise and a large full-well capacity (38ke-), especially in low-light conditions. Regardless of the long exposure time or high gain, you can see that the SV705C camera has no Amp Glow at all, resulting in completely high quality "dark" images. SV705C uses IMX585 CMOS color sensor. It features a 1/1.2-inch large sensor format, pixel size of 2.9μm*2.9μm, and a high resolution of 8.30 megapixels (3,586*2,180). When capturing light with a wavelength of 850nm, the sensitivity is approximately 1.7 times higher than that of IMX485. Produces up to 45 fps with ultra-low read noise. It is also ideal for EAA (electronic viewing) and lucky imaging.

SV705C Astronomical Camera adopts the latest IMX585 sensor with STARVIS2 technology. Compared to the IMX485 product, it has three times the full well and provides higher image quality in the visible and near-infrared light range. Ideal for EAA and superimposed in real time using Sharpcap to quickly capture rich details of astronomical objects. Images superimposed in real time can be saved without any post-processing. The SV705C color CMOS camera uses a large 1/1.2-inch format, providing a wide field of view. This is useful for lunar surface photography, where you need to photograph a large area at once. Equipped with 3856*2180 high resolution and zero amp glow function. The pixel size is 2.9um*2.9um, and in 12-bit mode, it achieves 45FPS with ultra-low readout noise. The SV705C deep space photography camera is equipped with a "non-amp glow" function, which virtually eliminates the fog that occurs during long-term photography. Equipped with 128M DDRIII cache. This effectively avoids frame drops and achieves stable data transfer. The SV705C color astronomy camera incorporates "HCG mode", which can effectively reduce readout noise at high gain values ​​and maintain a wide dynamic range as at low gain values. The back-illuminated IMX585 has a QE (quantum conversion efficiency) of up to 90%.
