The SV550 telescope is a compact refracting telescope with a 122mm aperture, f/7 focal ratio, and 854mm FPL51 triplet lens. Ideal for photographing and observing target astronomical objects, the OTA weighs only 6.44 kg, making it convenient to carry. The SV550APO refracting telescope has a 122mm aperture that gathers more light and has a higher critical magnitude, making it suitable for photographing and observing galaxies, nebulae, star clusters, and DSO target objects, providing clearer and sharper images. The whole tube ring has 26 screw holes, compatible with many equipment installations, meeting your different installation needs. The dovetail length is 300mm, which is longer than most dovetail lengths. Maintains maximum balance and improves convenience of adjustment.

The 2.5-inch toothed focuser has a gear ratio of 1:10, making it easy to achieve precise focusing. Dual speed focuser provides fast and fine focusing with a set of coaxial knobs. Adopts FPL-51 triple-element apochromatic lens structure including one piece of ED glass. Aberrations are corrected as much as possible, chromatic aberration is greatly reduced, and clarity and sharpness are improved.
