■What is a robot picking cell?
The robot picking cell is our original package cell that combines a robot, 3D vision unit, and vision system into one package. Since it is compatible with Deep Leaning, it can be used for a wide range of objects, and can be used for a variety of applications such as box depalling, bag depalletizing, palletizing, and piece picking.
Vision units can also be selected from multiple types depending on the application and environment, so we can make proposals even when the ceiling height is low and it is difficult to secure a sufficient imaging distance. By combining the robot and vision into a package, we have achieved stable performance and excellent cost performance.

Purpose of use
■Box de pare
At our company, we are proposing two types of recognition algorithms as box depares. AI recognition supports mixed loading and can recognize various difficult-to-recognize objects such as black/transparent tape and PP bands. Mathematical optimization recognition is an excellent recognition method for recognizing gaps in boxes that support single loading, and by registering box size information in advance, it can easily accommodate various loading patterns.
■Bag de pare
By utilizing AI, our bag deparé can handle even bags with low filling rates that are extremely difficult to recognize. Even when bags overlap in a complicated manner, AI can accurately separate the bags, making stable recognition possible.
■Random palletizing
It supports palletizing with or without prior work information, and can automatically calculate loading and output coordinates. As an option, it is also possible to check interference with cage cars and propose combinations with Depare.
■Piece picking
It supports recognition of various types of workpieces. Compatibility with various robot manufacturers, pick error prevention function, and cooperation with upstream and downstream systems are also available as options.
