■Phase shift method 3D camera
Zivid One Plus, developed by the Norwegian company Zivid, is a phase-shifting 3D scanner that acquires 3D shapes at high speed. 2D color images can be acquired in addition to color point cloud information, allowing traditional 2D image processing to be used more effectively. In addition, by using HDR mode that acquires multiple images while changing the iris, it is possible to further reduce differences in point cloud acquisition due to the color and material of the target workpiece, and to obtain stable shape acquisition.
