MERCURY2 USB3.0 series (MER2-U3) camera is DAHENG IMAGING's new generation area scan industrial digital camera, featuring excellent performance, compact design, and extremely low noise. The MER2-041-528U3M camera is a monochrome USB3 Vision camera equipped with a Sony IMX287 CMOS sensor.
Thanks to its compact design (29mm x 29mm x 29mm), robust metal housing and locking screw connector, the MERCURY2 camera ensures camera reliability when installed in harsh environments.
MERCURY2 cameras can ensure the reliability of cameras installed in harsh environments. The MER2-041-528U3M camera has opto-isolated I/O. GPIO gives the MER2-U3 camera maximum flexibility and allows it to be adapted to your specific needs.

・Improve frame rate with programmable ROI and partial scans
- Programmable gain, exposure, and white balance (white balance only available on color models)
- Supports auto gain, auto exposure, and auto white balance (auto white balance is only available on color models)
・Four capture functions: single frame capture / continuous capture / software trigger capture / external trigger capture
・Trigger mode: Frame start/Frame burst start
・Supports timed exposure mode and trigger width exposure mode
・Two exposure time modes: Standard exposure time mode / Minimum exposure time mode
- Supports LUTs, savable user sets, timers and counters
- Supports decimation, binning, reverse X/Y, digital shift, and black level
-Adjustable gamma to optimize image brightness
・Color model supports light source presets, color conversion controls, and saturation
・Monochrome model supports noise reduction and sharpness
・Supports removing parameter limits and expanding the range of exposure, gain, white balance, etc.
