About This Product
■It is possible to recognize and inspect the characters printed on the captured image.
A limited field of view with a width of 100mm to 150mm can be inspected at high speed and legibly. It is installed in-line with printing machines, inkjet printers, and processing machines that move at speeds of 100m/min to 300m/min (A4 pitch spacing) to perform high-speed readability inspections of OCR, BC, and QR codes.
Micro-Technica has a long track record of providing various inspection devices to printing companies. We provide customized inspection equipment suitable for various printing production lines, from analog printing machines to digital printing machines, and processing machines such as collators.
Rather than using a packaged inspection device, we customize the inspection device for each customer and upgrade the system to match the customer's operation, so we use the inspection device to handle everything from number management to production management and printing/processing machine control in case of failure. Usage example
■Inspection of single cut paper such as postcards
The 5M area camera can image and inspect a 160mm field of view. It is possible to read the management number for address printing operations, check against scheduled data, and save logs as CSV data. We perform a series of tasks from printing personal information to inspection/log management.

- Achieves high-speed readability inspection. Inspects 8 postcard-sized sheets per second (inspects 30,000 postcard-sized sheets per hour)
・Various readability tests are possible. OCR (Characters are registered using fonts, so non-OCR characters are also possible) /BC (NW7/JAN/CODE128) /QR/Customer barcode
・Various sequential number inspections (ascending/descending order setting, CSV data reconciliation/verification inspection)
- Can be linked with various machines, from machine control in case of NG (machine stop/cycle stop/reject) to control of sorting, etc.
