■Wide area simultaneous multiple wave oscillator 40KHz fundamental frequency type

The fundamental frequency of 40KHz is multiplied with multiple harmonic components to change the magnitude of the change in the sound pressure of the ultrasonic wave, and the area where cavities (microscopic vacuum nuclei) are generated at each frequency is greatly expanded. This is an ultrasonic oscillator that has been successfully used for over 20 years since its development. New features have been added since shipping in January 2013. We have added a function that allows customers to freely sweep the 40KHz fundamental frequency within a range of ±1KHz. The purpose of this development was to eliminate the narrowness and instability of the cavity generation region, which are disadvantages of single frequency. As a result, the generation of a large number of various asynchronous cavities has resulted in a unique ultrasonic oscillator that is greatly useful for improving and stabilizing cleaning power, and has come to be widely used both domestically and internationally. The simultaneous multiwave oscillator with sweep function is a new era of high performance oscillators. Another major feature is that 600W and 1,200W have been standardized and mass-produced as basic units, and by using synchronization cables, it has become possible to use combinations of 600W to 1,440W. For example, instead of building a 4,800W oscillator (which is too heavy to move easily and difficult to repair if it breaks), you can now just line up four standard 1,200W oscillators vertically. Even if there is an abnormality, it can be resolved by replacing the standard 1,200W unit (which can be easily done by the customer).
