About This Product

■For APR version precision high-speed cleaning, use the spherical nebula-shaped cavity (micro vacuum nucleus group) of true ultrasonic cleaning.　　　　　　

Although we have delivered many APR ultrasonic cleaning devices, Blue Star R&D will further develop the existing technology and propose a new, low-cost, precision cleaning system.

■APR version one-cycle vertical movement/ultrasonic cleaning device

・Set the APR version on the jig. Insert the auto-start SW. ・The standard width of the tank depth is 105mm, which has an opening of 100mm plus the plate jig. ・The APR plate is inserted into a thin ultrasonic bath and ultrasonic cleaning is performed. There is only one cleaning tank. In this process, NMP ultrasonic cleaning and water rinse ultrasonic cleaning are performed.

■Standard process

There is. The system that makes this possible is called a cavitation reinforcement system. This is Blue Star R&D's original technology. 50KHz to 275KHz, simultaneous multiple wave oscillation/fundamental frequency PowerSeep. For precision and delicate APR versions, 40KHz etc. are not used instead of 25KHz. Uses 50KHz. Generates a delicate, dense globular nebula-shaped cavity. The number of cavities is 8 times that of 25KHz under the same conditions. The cleaning effect is further enhanced by the cavity consisting of multiple frequencies from 50KHz to 275KHz and the sweep of the fundamental frequency. 3. Vacuum rapid suction NMP recovery 4. Pure water rinse ultrasonic cleaning NMP: Prepare for drying by ultrasonic rinsing with pure water. This pure water ultrasonic cleaning also comes with a cavitation enhancement system. 5.APR plate lifting, stopping at original position, taking out, deionized water draining After this, place it in the dryer.
